The stand and the printer

EntryWatch runs on an iPad you may already own. These are the two things that turn one into a reception kiosk: something to hold it where visitors can reach it, and something to print a badge. Configure what you need and we will quote it with your subscription.

Stands

Bouncepad, secured so the tablet stays where you put it. Start with where it is going.

Fixed through a reception desk that already exists — it cannot be lifted off.

Fixed through the desktop and angled at the visitor. The usual choice where reception is staffed and the kiosk is there to take the routine sign-ins off them.

Desk mounted, and it turns

The same fixing as the Desk, on a rotating head. For a shared counter where the same tablet has to face a visitor, then the receptionist, then back.

The badge printer for a reception desk

Prints a visitor badge in about two seconds, over Wi-Fi, Ethernet or Bluetooth. Thermal, so there is no ink or toner to run out mid-morning — the label is the only consumable.

The wide-format sibling of the QL-820NWB, for badges up to 102mm — room for a photo, a site induction reference and a large expiry date that a supervisor can read across a yard.
