EntryWatch is the visitor management system that replaces your paper sign-in book. Visitors, contractors and staff sign themselves in on a kiosk or their own phone, hosts are told the moment their guest arrives, and you get a live, auditable record on every device — with a one-tap evacuation roll-call.
Steve Paulson is signed in and waiting at reception to see you
Whether you're welcoming visitors, contractors or staff, EntryWatch keeps one accurate record — and makes it useful in an emergency.
Every feature is included for every organisation — no tiers, no add-ons.
A paper visitor book records who arrived, rarely who left, and shows every visitor the name and phone number of everyone before them. In an evacuation it is a sheet of paper on the desk you have just walked away from.
EntryWatch replaces it. Each visitor signs in on a reception iPad or Android kiosk or by scanning a QR code; the host gets a notification; a visitor badge prints; contractors accept your induction before they start; and the live register becomes an evacuation roll-call the moment you need one.
Made in New Zealand by Flipmind and used by offices, sites, schools and clinics — see visitor management in NZ and in Australia.
A visitor management system replaces the paper visitor book at reception. Visitors, contractors and staff sign themselves in on a tablet or their own phone, their host is notified, a badge can print, and you keep a live, searchable record of who is on site — which becomes your evacuation roll-call when the alarm goes.
EntryWatch is free until 2027 for founding customers: the complete platform, with no card required and no features locked behind a higher tier. Paid plans begin in 2027 with clear advance notice, and founding customers keep a preferential rate.
Any iPad, Android tablet or PC with a web browser will run the sign-in kiosk, and visitors can also sign in by scanning a QR code with their own phone. Badge printing works with Brother and DYMO label printers.
Yes. Contractors read your site rules and safety information at sign-in and accept them, and the record is kept against the visit. You can also require documents such as licences or insurance and track when they expire.
In New Zealand and Australia the business running a workplace owes a duty of care to visitors and contractors as well as staff. EntryWatch helps you meet it: you always know who is on site, everyone sees your safety information, and a warden can take the roll-call from a phone at the assembly point.
Most organisations are signing visitors in within ten minutes: create your organisation, add your team, and put a QR code or a tablet at the entrance.
EntryWatch is free for every organisation while we build. Founding organisations keep early access and help shape the roadmap.
