Which devices does the app run on? ▾

iPhone and iPad from the App Store, and Android phones and tablets from Google Play. Both apps are free.

How does a device get connected to our account? ▾

Open the kiosk in the admin, go to Devices, and choose Connect new device. It shows a short pairing code that you type into the app once. Nobody has to sign in on the device.

Can we run more than one tablet? ▾

Yes. Pair as many devices as you like to the same kiosk — a second entrance, a busy morning, a spare on charge — and they all sign people into the same live record.

Do we have to use the app? ▾

No. The kiosk runs in a normal browser as well, so you can start with a laptop or a display PC and add tablets later.

What does it cost? ▾
