About EntryWatch
EntryWatch is visitor management software, made in New Zealand by Flipmind Limited. Visitors, contractors and staff sign themselves in on a kiosk or their own phone, and you get one live, auditable record of who is on site — ready for the moment the fire alarm goes.
Why we built it
Most front desks still run on a paper visitor book. It records who arrived but not who left, it sits at reception where nobody can reach it in an evacuation, and it shows every visitor the names of everyone before them. EntryWatch replaces it with sign-in that runs itself: the host is told their visitor has arrived, contractors complete their induction before they reach the gate, and a warden can take the roll-call from their phone at the assembly point.
Who we are
EntryWatch is built and run by Flipmind Limited, a software company incorporated in New Zealand. We design, build and support it ourselves — when you email us, a person on the team that wrote the product answers. Our sister product, HourWatch, does the same job for timesheets.
What EntryWatch does
